Return & Refund Policy

  • We have outlined our return/exchange policy to ensure that any and all problems are efficiently resolved in a timely manner. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt with the driver present. Any damage should be refused at the time of delivery and noted by the carrier. 
  • If the shipping damage is discovered after the items have been received, report all the damage to our customer service within 5 business days of receiving the items. We cannot honor any damage claims after the 5 day period. 
  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify our customer service within 30 days from receipt of the items. We cannot honor any returns after the 30 day period.
  • The returned item must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent (protective sleeve or bag).
  • When a return is requested due to our error, we will arrange to return the product.
  • For non-defective returns, you will be responsible for arranging return transportation.
  • Credit will be given for the returned item and freight when the item is received and inspected by us. 
  • Though rare, our errors may include wrong size/color, wrong address, wrong item, duplicate shipment, cancelled order prior to ship date, etc.
